Job Description:

1. Mechanical Inspector

At least 6 years total experience and 3 years in Oil Gas Inspection.
Diploma / Course + MECHANICAL Certification API 653 & 510.
Knowledge of ASME Section II, V, VIII, IX, Material, API 650, API INSPECTOR 6300 620.
AWWA D100, AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5/B16.47.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS Standards.
Salary: 6300 SAR

2. Welding Inspector

Diploma/Course + CSWIP/AWS + Level Il in VT/NDE.
Knowledge of ASME Section II, V, VIII, IX, ASTM Material, API 650, API 620, AWWA D100, AWS D1.
1, ASME B31.3 & B16.5/B16.47. INSPECTOR 5300.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS Standards.
Salary: 5300 SAR

3. Welding QC Supervisor

BE/BSc Diploma/Course + CSWIP or CW certification and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification with 7 years experience OR Diploma + 12 years experience.
At least 3 years WELDING QC experience in a Supervisory position.
Understand contract requirements.
Implement project SUPERVISOR 7000 specific quality plan.
Develop and implement project specific inspection & test plan.
Supervise Inspectors and provide daily assignments.
Ensure QC inspectors follow the HSE requirement applicable for their work scope. Ensure compliance with project codes, specification & drawings.

4. Mechanical QC Supervisor

BE/BSc with 7 years experienceOR Diploma +12 years experience.
At least 3 years prior experience in a Supervisory position.
Responsible for the adinistrtion, supervision, MECHANICAL QC coordination, technical accuracy, and quality of the delivered product.
Primary functions: SUPERVISOR 7000 Perform general leadfuction, as noted above Mechanical design understanding, equipment ist, specifications, Data sheets, Package equipments, Static Equipments Rotating Equipment, Heat Transfer equipment Equipment/Piping Insulation Stream tracing spec, Special drawings.
Salary: 7000 SAR

5. QC Manager

BE/BSC + ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor certification (mandatory) with 7 years experience OR Diploma + 12 years experience.
At least 5 years prior experience in a Lead engineer/ Managerial QC MANAGER 11000 position.
Ensure that requirements of the quality management plan are fully implemented. Ensure that Quality Management Plan is promptly amended when improved practices are identified. Audit of both internal & external Quality Systems. Communicate with Client’s inspection personnel in performing the role of CB&I Quality Management Representative.
Conduct Product Verification.
Salary: 11000 SAR
