JOB DETAILS:

Positions:

HVAC ENGINEER (MAINTENANCE): Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 7 to 9 years Experience in maintenance and trouble-shooting knowledge in Air Cooled Chiller, Water Cooled Chillers, AHU’S, FCU’S, HVAC Controls and switchers. Specialized in troubleshooting & maintenance of precision units (Stuls, Liebert) & VRV units.

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (MAINTENANCE): Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 15 to 20 years of Experience in maintenance activities such as maintenance and operational experience in the field of Electrical Engineering. He must have hands-on experience to maintain advanced microprocessor-based control panels; VFD’s & must-have handled LV & MV electrical maintenance & installations.
FACILITIES IN-CHARGE (MAINTENANCE): Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 12 to 15 years experience in maintenance such as supervising, controlling, giving directions to, and coordinating the maintenance activities of one or a set of facilities. The maintenance activities include but are not limited to Air Conditioning, Water Supply, Power Supply, Plant Rooms, Elevators, Escalators, Electrical Appliances, Drainage, Roads/buildings, streetlights, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, and access to control systems.
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (MECHANICAL): Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 7 to 9 years Experience in Rotary & Static equipment’s maintenance and trouble shooting (Pumps, Compressors & Heat Exchangers). Should have good knowledge on maintenance of different types of piping’s and its classification especially on DI, CS, GI, HDPE, HPVC, PPR, and composites. Should have good knowledge of firefighting systems, pump sets, fire suppression system maintenance, and performance test as per Civil Defense standards.
ENGINEER-QA/QC (CIVIL): Degree in Civil Engineering with a Minimum of 6 to 8 years Experience. Must have a sound understanding of how a QA/QC structure with embedded lessons learned can provide the foundations of Flawless Maintenance Execution.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER MAINTENANCE: Degree in Electrical Engineering with a Minimum of 6 to 8 Years Experience in maintenance of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries.
HVAC DESIGN & DRAFTING ENGINEER: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 5 to 7 Years Experience in HVAC design, MEP drafting, BMS, and related electrical works.
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN: ITI with a Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience. Should be very familiar with Commercial Kitchen Equipment Trouble Shooting and Defect Rectification. Specialized in Analog & PLC Controls. Familiar with a permit to work procedures, Reports writing & good communication skills.
