1. Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of our car park management system.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
• Supervise and guide a team of dedicated professionals to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with various shareholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Operational experience in on street & off street Car Park Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience less than 5 years in car park management or a similar operational role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication in English (Arabic is preferrable) and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and technology platforms.
• Knowledge of parking regulations and industry best practices.

Salary: 12000-17000 QAR

2. Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage car park management projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
• Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely execution.
• Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and proactively address challenges during project implementation.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

• Project experience in on street & off street Car Park Management
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience less than 3 years in car park management.
• Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects, preferably in the car park management industry.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication in English (Arabic is preferrable) and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary: 10000-13000 QAR

3. Project Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing car park management projects.
• Assist in the development and execution of project plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project team members and external stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to assess project implementation and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in resolving project-related issues and risks.
• Prepare project reports and documentation as required.
• Support in training and mentoring project staff.

Requirements:

• Project experience in on street & off street Car Park Management
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience less than 2 years in car park management.
• Previous experience in project coordination or supervision.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication in English (Arabic is preferrable), negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary: 7000-9000 QAR

• Working Hours: 8 Hrs
• Overtime: As per Qatar Labour Law
