Job Description
Urgently Required for a Leading Group of Companies in Kuwait. Walk-in Shortlisting in Progress. Shortlisting Interviews Will Be Held Between 10 Am to 6 Pm (Mon-sat).
Leading Group of Companies in Kuwait
Job Positions:
1. Production Manager/ Production Supervisor: Graduate or Degree/ Diploma in Respective Discipline With Minimum 7+ Years Experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry. Gulf Experience is Preferable.
2. Blown Film Operator:
- Can Run Blown Film Machines (Single Layer/ Multilayers) and Have Experience More Than 5 Years in the Same Field.
- Practical Knowledge of the Blown Film Process. Troubleshooting (Die Lines, Bubble Holes, the Bubble Non-Stable, Wrinkles, Cleaning Die and Assembling It).
- Must Have the Experience to Run at Least 5 Blown Film Machines Together at the Same Time With the Labor Staff.
- Must-Have a General Knowledge of the Pe Materials (Lldpe & Ldpe & Hdpe & Filer & Color Master Batch).
- Ability to Set Up Different Size of Plastic Film at Lowest Time With Lowest Waste.
- Good Knowledge of Running Sealing Side Machines, and Recycle Machines.
3. Printing Machine Operator:
- Flexographic Minimum of 6 Colors Minimum, 5 Years Experience in Operating Flexographic Printing Machines (Central Drum) to Print Plastic Films Min. Of 6 Colors.
- Capable of Preparing the Job for Printing Including: – a) Checking the Conditions of the Printing Cliches. B) Checking the Conditions of the Printing Rollers (Rubber Rollers & Anilox Rollers & Printing Cylinders).
- Monitoring the Ink Viscosity Throughout the Printing Process.
- Ensure That the Printing Dryers Are Satisfactorily Performing Throughout the Whole Run.
- Ensure That the Corona Unit is Already Running to Treat the Film That Needs to Be Printed.
- Good Knowledge of Solvent Base and Water Base Colors.
- Good Knowledge of How to Clean the Printing Cylinders Before and After Stopping the Machine and How Can Keep the Machine Parts in a Good Condition for the Next Running.
