Nasser Overseas Consultant
Job Positions:
1. MEP ENGINEERING: Engineering Department
- Refurbishment of existing old buildings with new innovative and energy-saving techniques.
- Sound Knowledge of mechanical and electrical Engineering. Also should have Knowledge and experience on Health and Safety Standards and strong skills in monitoring the workmanship and quality control of materials and finishing works.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience.
2. VIBRATION ANALYZERS – ENGINEERING STORES
- Category II Vibration analyzer from Mobius or Vibration Institute with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Hands-on experience with Emerson or Vibration analyzers.
- Experience of dynamic balancing and laser alignment of rotating machinery.
- Good knowledge of Lubrication technology.
- Education/Qualification in stores management or similar discipline
- Experience of 4 years.
3. RO/ETP
- Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration or Electrical Engineering in a recognized University or Institute.
- Experience of 2-4 years.
4. REFRIGERATION
- Complete knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration plant, HVAC operation, and maintenance/ troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Air handling systems, Ventilation, and Cooling system design calculations.
- Knowledge of Freon chillers, Package AC units.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration or Electrical Engineering in a recognized University or Institute.
- 4 years of experience
5. HVAC
- Complete knowledge of HVAC operation and maintenance/troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Air handling systems, Ventilation, and Cooling system design calculations.
- Should have education qualification from Air conditioning related institute.
- Knowledge of Heat load calculations, Air quality requirements, Air exchanges, etc
- Leading change management.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
- Ability to read schematic drawings, P&ID, PFD”, Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration or Electrical Engineering in a recognized University or Institute.
- 4 years of experience.
6. SCAFFOLDING
- Should have complete experience in Scaffolding erection, Inspection, and dismantling procedures.
- Need training and license on Scaffold. – Need IOSH & NEBOSH certifications.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration or Electrical Engineering in a recognized University or Institute.
- 4 years of Experience.
7. MACHINE MAINTENANCE – PRODUCTION
- Experience in mechanical or Electrical engineering also experiences in packaging types of machinery such as Slice, Triangle, CSP packing machines, Glue machines, Conveyors, Bandrol machines, UMSK machines, and UHT plants maintenance.
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 years of Experience.
Requirements: Ability to understand, speak and write English.
