Lead Workers Required for Shutdown Project in Qatar | Walk-in Interview in Chennai | Immediate Hiring
ROOBDEV Global Innovations Pvt. Ltd is looking for experienced Lead Workers to support a major shutdown and turnaround project at Q-Chem and RLOC facilities in Qatar. We are conducting face-to-face client interviews in Chennai. This is a free recruitment opportunity — no service charges.
Interview Dates: May 6 to May 9, 2025
Location: No.105, Tiruppur Kumaran Street, near MMDA Signal, Vinayakapurm, Arumbakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600106
Job Role: Lead Worker
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on shutdown experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors
- ITI or Diploma certification
- Proficiency in English communication
- Practical knowledge of Permit to Work systems
- Expertise in Mechanical, Instrumentation & Electrical, Fabrication, and Civil Works
- Strong adherence to safety practices
- Leadership ability to supervise and direct work crews
Recruitment Process:
- Day 1: Written Test (English)
- Days 2 & 3: Technical Training (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Day 4: Final Client Interview
Note: Refreshments and lunch will be provided during the training.
