Job Details

Job Positions:

1. Turbocharger Overhauling – Having understanding of overhauling of various makes of TIC. Able to independently dismantle & assemble turbocharger. Record clearances & identify parts requiring replacement. We have core target defined for this specific special skill.
2. PLATE COOLERS OVERHAULING & CHEMICAL CIRCULATION – Dismantle coolers, clean plates, conduct NDT, glue gaskets, assemble back cooler & pressure test. Capable of setting up & doing chemical circulation of plate type heat exchangers.
3. MAIN ENGINE & AUXILIARY ENGINE FUEL PUMP OVERHAULING – Capable of dismantling & overhauling various makes of fuel pumps. Overhauling & testing of fuel injectors. Having knowledge about fuel pump timing will be an added advantage. We have core target defined for this specific special skill.
4. Steam Turbine Overhauling – Independently able to overhaul cargo pump & ballast pump turbines. Has experience of assisting various SE for Main steam turbines & turbo generators on LNG vessels.
5. MECHANICAL FITTERS HYDRAULIC – With basic hydraulic works understanding. Understanding of carrying out basic overhauling of valves hydraulic actuators.
6. Mechanical Fitters – Having PV valves overhauling, mooring winch & windlass shaft overhauling, safety valves overhauling.
7. RUDDER PROPELLER FITTERS – Having understanding of propeller repair. Able to carry out pitch measurement & correction. Has understanding of propeller blade straightening. Capable of doing propeller blade grinding, profiling & polishing.

Qualification / Experience: Must have qualification and experience in the related field.
