Job Designation: Bus Attendant
Job Responsibility & Duty:
- Reporting any mishaps or potential dangers to the relevant authorities.
- Notifying the manager of any odd occurrences, mishaps, or injuries.
- Collecting passenger fare payments and issuing necessary changes.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the inside of the bus between journeys.
- Providing passengers with transfers to show that their transfer fare has been paid.
- Reporting any bus equipment issues to the transportation manager.
- To ensure the security and comfort of passengers, observe passenger conduct within the bus.
- Giving passengers information about schedules, stops, and destinations.
- Making statements to passengers regarding impending stoppage or delays.
