- SUPERVISOR: BMS/Civil / Electrical/Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm / HVAC/Landscape/Mechanical / MEP / Pest Control/ Maintenance Shift (MAXIMO) / Soft Service (BICSC certificate). FOREMAN: Cleaning / Electrical/HVAC.
- SAFETY: QHSE Officer/HSEQ Asst. Officer (NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH).
- TECHNICIAN: Chiller / Electrical (LV-MV-HV) / Gypsum / Landscaping/Plumbing/HVAC/Electronic.
- OPERATOR: AutoCAD (2D&3D) /BMS/ STP/WTP/ RO/ Pest Control.
- GENERAL: Admin / Electrical / Helpdesk/Mason / Pipe Fitter / Plumber Painter/Welder/Furniture Carpenter / CAFM Administrator/Light – Heavy Drivers (Saudi Valid/Expiry).
Requirements:
- Candidates should hold a Degree/Diploma/ITI.
- GCC experience Preferred.
- Candidates must have 5 years of experience in Facility Maintenance Industry.
