Job Position:
1. Rotating Equipment Engineer
- Responsible for the overall shutdown activities in his assigned area.
- EDUCATION: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- EXPERIENCE: 15/20 Years
- BACKGROUND: Experience in the field of Rotating Equipment maintenance of Methanol/ Ammonia or large Petrochemical plants.
- Skills
- Knowledge and experience in overhauling large process plants Equipment like compressors, steam turbines, pumps, air coolers, process furnaces, boilers, and other process equipment.
- Knowledge of basic principles of rotating equipment, seals, bearings, vibrations, and Lubrication. Detailed operation knowledge of rotating equipment.
- Fluent in English and have good report-writing skills. Well-versed with spare parts management and computerized maintenance systems like SAP, engineering drawings, and laser alignment technique.
2. Rotating Equipment Supervisor
- Responsible for the overall shutdown activities in his assigned area and reports to Rotating Equipment Engineer or his designate.
- EDUCATION: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering EXPERIENCE: 10 to 15 years.
- BACKGROUND: Rotating Equipment maintenance experience which lasts 5 years as Supervisor/ Foreman covering all types of rotating equipment in Methanol / Ammonia or large Petrochemical plants.
- Skills
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in overhauling of large process plants Equipment like compressors, steam turbines, pumps, air coolers, process furnaces, boilers, and other process equipment.
- Good knowledge of principles of rotating equipment, seals, bearings, vibrations, and lubrication.
- Fluent in English and have good report-writing skills. Well-versed with spare parts management and computerized maintenance systems like SAP, and laser alignment techniques.
3. Rotating Equipment Technician
- Responsible for carrying out the assigned tasks and activities under the supervision of the Rotating Equipment Supervisor or his designate.
- EDUCATION: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 years.
- BACKGROUND: experience in the field of Rotating Equipment maintenance of Methanol / Ammonia or similar Petrochemical plants.
- Skills
- Hands-on experience in overhauling large process plants Equipment like compressors, steam turbines, pumps, air coolers, process furnaces, boilers, and other process equipment.
- Knowledge of basic principles of rotating equipment, seals, bearings, and lubrication.
