- IT ADMINISTRATOR: B.Tech. Post Graduate in LT/Computer Science / Electronics. Server, Storage, and backup management. Active Directory domain management. VMWare certification. Knowledge on Fort IGATE firewall – CCNA CCNP Certification with experience in networking,
- COMPUTER TECHNICIAN: Degree/ diploma in computer science – Windows desktop support knowledge. Knowledge on windows installation/configuration, network printer/scanner configuration, basics of networking
