Job Position: Technical Support Manager
Experience: All Candidates should have Experienced in their relevant fields.
- All candidates must have managerial experience with hiring, firing, employee engagement, and performance evaluations.
- Strong customer service background
- Each applicant must have at least five years of managerial experience.
- Excellent PC abilities and knowledge of associated software programs
- Excellent writing, editing, interpersonal, and communication abilities are essential.

Important Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Manage the customer service team’s day-to-day support issues by making sure resources are properly balanced for maximum effectiveness.
- Help the team identify chances to clearly define and communicate with clients on both the internal and external levels.
- When conflicts escalate, assist the team in problem-solving and make decisions when they are crucial.
- Interact with R&D and sales in the company clearly, consistently, and frequently to make sure that the customer service team’s role changes as product updates, releases, and initiatives are planned.
Desired abilities:
- High proficiency with web systems, and preferably data reporting experience
- Client support for IP video/CCTV technologies was offered
