Job Positions: Project Manager

Experience: All Candidates should have experience in their relevant fields.

Eligibility: All Candidates must have Qualifications respective to their Positions.

Candidates must possess an in-depth understanding of the construction sector.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture, while an MBA is highly recommended.
Candidates must have at least five years of team management and project management experience in the construction industry.
Candidates need to have a track record of effective people management and strong leadership.
Candidates should be extremely responsible and motivated by themselves.
Candidates must be fluent in English, and being able to communicate with Chinese speakers is advantageous.
Candidates have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Duties and responsibilities of the candidate:-

Regularly meet with clients to discuss progress
“Eyes and ears in the field” for the client
Keep an eye on and manage project investment and project financing.
Planned, coordinate, and manage the projects in accordance with the deadline and the demands of the clients.
Ensure that the project is built in accordance with the client’s and designer’s plans by supervising daily construction.
assist the architect with CAD drawings or perform other tasks as needed.
In charge of client relationships and business development.
Providing on-site assistance with contractors.
Make certain subcontractors uphold the highest standard of craftsmanship
